    An experienced industry practitioner and headhunter for strategic and leadership talent, Helen has worked at and with some of the world’s most recognisable agencies (TBWA, RKCR/Y&R), and creative businesses (PlayStation, Absolut, Virgin) before pivoting into the talent space in-house and latterly as an external recruiter, culminating in launching Creative Connections with Samantha.

    She is passionate about connecting the right people to the right role. Her specialism is interrogating business needs and culture, providing strategic guidance and advice for both candidates and clients.

    Having also started her career agency side (alongside Helen at RKCR/Y&R), Samantha discovered her love for talent and has been working in the headhunting space for over a decade.

    She is a highly experienced headhunter for best-in-class client service and account management talent across creative agencies and brands. Her speciality is connecting top creative thinkers, who are culturally attuned, diverse in background, experience, and thinking, with world-class companies, who value creativity and innovation.
